PJSC Intersoft Eurasia Issues Shares
On November 30, 2017 PJSC Intersoft Eurasia, the developer of innovative products for smartphones, DO-RA project operator (DO-RA is a line of the same name devices for personal dosimetry and monitoring of the environment, food products and household objects for radioactive pollution) in preparation of securities to their public placement on Moscow Exchange (MOEX) announced the issue of uncertified registered ordinary shares by Central Bank of Russia.
Intersoft Eurasia Company was founded in March 2011 to develop innovative products for smartphones and, in particular, a portable DO-RA device with a dosimeter-radiometer function. In October 2011, the company became a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation (Nuclear Technologies cluster), and in December of the same year DO-RA project received its first mini-grant from the Fund in the amount of $ 45,000.
At the end of 2013 Intersoft Eurasia was included in the Dow Jones Venture Source database as potentially interesting company for foreign investors with an estimated share capital of $ 10 million. It should be noted, that in the autumn of 2013, DO-RA project has attracted funding from Skolkovo Foundation and Smart Logistic Group with an aggregate investment of $ 1 million.
Today, the project team has developed a line of 13 compact gadgets for smartphones and computers with design documentation in the IPC standard, and produced them in limited batches for the household dosimetry testing.
In addition, Intersoft Eurasia team developed a family of mobile DO-RA.Soft applications with a user interface in 23 languages compatible with the most popular mobile platforms: iOS, Android, WP, TIZEN, etc., and also with OS: Windows / Linux / MacOS. All DO-RA.Soft applications are available for free download at the appropriate online stores.
More than 65 Patents for utility models and Certificates for inventions in Russia, the United States, Japan, China, Korea, India, the European Union, and the EurAsEC countries were obtained within the framework of the DO-RA project.
At the present time, the company made all necessary preparations to start the production of the cross-platform model DO-RA.Q in China.
